“Yoga is the journey of the self, to the self, through the self”
— The Bhagavad Gita
What is Yoga Therapy?
As an IAYT-certified yoga therapist, I blend an East-meets-West approach. Each session is tailored to your individual needs. Together, we may work with breath, meditation, mantra, movement, and reflective practices that help you return to yourself with greater presence, clarity, and care.
Yoga therapy is a personalized, heart-centered space for healing, reconnection, and support. Using the tools of yoga in a therapeutic and accessible way, I help you tend to the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual layers of your life.
Who am I?
I’m a yoga therapist devoted to helping people return to a more present, meaningful, and heart-centered way of living.
My work is rooted in the tradition of Bhakti yoga, a path centered on love, devotion, and connection. I bring these teachings into a modern context, making them accessible for people navigating the very real challenges of everyday life.
I often work with caretakers and those experiencing compassion fatigue, people who give deeply but feel disconnected from themselves in the process.
Through our work together, I guide you back to yourself.
Back to presence.
Back to meaning.
My approach is grounded in four foundational pillars: presence, creativity, gratitude, and love. These principles shape the way we explore your inner world and reconnect you with what matters most.
As a yoga therapist, I use practices such as meaning-making, mantra, meditation, and an openness to everyday miracles to support both inner awareness and lasting transformation.
I also host The Everyday Magic podcast, where I explore how we make meaning of our lives and uncover the quiet magic woven into even the most ordinary moments.
