I am a yoga therapist with a specialization in the tradition of Bhakti Yoga and its effects on compassion fatigue in populations of caretakers.

Mantra

Whether it’s singing or speaking in ancient Sanskrit or letting a word ride silently on the breath. Mantra is a powerful tool for harnessing the mind, unlocking your voice, and connecting to intuition.

Meditation

I offer guided meditation that helps you drop out of the thinking mind and into the intuitive, loving heart. We find our center to move from there.

Miracles

We are on a rock spinning around outer space. There are such things as sloths and whales. I have opposable thumbs. Our tongues taste, our eyes see, our minds think. We dance, we laugh, we cry. Pizza exists. Shall I go on?
